To qualify for the Consumer Satisfaction Award, dealerships must meet the following criteria:
- Must have a minimum of 25 reviews on Cars.com or DealerRater within the past calendar year
- Must have at least 1 review in each calendar quarter of the previous calendar year
- Must have an average rating greater than 4.0 out of 5.0 (based on reviews from previous calendar year)
Dealerships in both the United States and Canada are eligible.
